Our Factory is a licenced dairy manufacturing plant located at
7 Alan Street Fairfield.
We have implemented a HACCP system that has been approved and audited by The NSW Food Authority. We have consistently attained Class A rating at our scheduled audits.

In short is a quality and safety assurance system for our manufacturing process , storage and delivery. Our system encompases traceability of manufactured product and raw materials used to produce our gelato.

At the front of our factory we have an outlet open to the public. From our factory outlet you can purchase any item from our  full fange of products including Ice cream and gelato cakes for all occasions.

For those who would like to sit and enjoy our delicious gelato  we  have an alfresco area where you can  relax ..eat gelato … and  have a cup of Lavazza coffee .

We have easy off street parking along our driveway.
